Ordering


  • You need to be at least 18 in order to buy any alcoholic products. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old . We reserve the right not to cancel the order if we believe that the person ordering is less than 18.
  • Our website includes systems to check your order against the delivery but we cannot guarantee the availability or otherwise of any product .In the event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange a replacement to complete your order.
  • The placing of an order anywhere on our website does not constitute a contract, which is made only when we accept your order and process payment.
  • We reserve the right not to accept any order.

Delivery


  • We normally guarantee delivery of your order within 5 days of placing your order except where indicated. In the instance that we are unable to deliver within that time frame we will let you know immediately to arrange another delivery date.
  • Upon purchase we will send you an email with the relevant tracking information.Shipping for orders placed by 12 am will be trackable from 10pm on the same day.Shipping for orders placed after 12am will be trackable from 10pm of the following day
  • We will use third parties couriers (including DHL,UPS, Fedex and Royal Mail ). The courier will attempt to deliver twice.  If you are not able to accept the  order, it  will be returned to our warehouse and you may be charged for delivery. You will also have the chance to  collect your order from the courier 7 days after the failed second delivery attempt. We reserve the right to pass on the cost of redelivery in this event.
  • We deliver to Mainland UK, the Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands
  • If you require your order to be dispatched to anywhere else in Europe you will have to pay a surcharge of £10.Worldwide shipping will incur a surcharge of £20.

  • All prices are presented in British pounds Sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT.
  • Promotional offers and prices are as stated, with no further discounts available.
  • Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on this website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mis-priced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order. Where an end date is specified on any offer on the website, it is intended as a guide only. We reserve the right to change prices at any time

Returns


  • We will provide a full refund or replacement for any faulty products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  •  Where applicable We will require faulty products to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary at your convenience.

Cancellations and complaints


  • You may request a refund up to seven working days after delivery of your order. Should you decide to cancel your order refunds will be processed as soon as the goods are returned in their original packaging unopened and in resell able condition
  • In the event of complaint please contact us at  costumerscare@woowinery.co.uk giving as much detail as you can. All complaints will be acknowledged within 6 hours and you can expect a full resolution of your complaint within a further 72 hours. You will be kept informed if there is any delay beyond this. Each complaint will be treated confidentially

Crime prevention


  • For the purposes of the prevention or detection of offences, and/or the apprehension or prosecution of offenders, we may share any information that we collect with the Police, other public or private sector agencies or representative bodies in accordance with the relevant
