How long does it take to receive my order?

Your orders will be deliver within 5 working days from the date of your purchase.
All orders placed by 12 AM are dispatched  on the same day.

Any orders placed after 12 AM are dispatched the following day.


Do I recieve any tracking information about my order?

Yes,Immediately after your purchase you will recieve an email with the tracking code for your order and a link to track it online.

In addition you will be also able to register for daily updates on the shipping status via email or SMS.

You will be daily updated on the status of the delivery of your product .

The Tracking link will be active from10pm on the day that you place your order .

Any orders deplaned after 12am will have the tracking active after 10pm of the following day.

What happens if I am not in when the order is delivered?

If you are not in when the shipment is delivered you can call the courier's toll-free number (which will appear on your e-Mail) and by providing the tracking number you will be able to arrange for a redelivery.

The courier will attempt a second delivery the following day. You can also collect the pack from the nearest warehouse.If you have any special delivery requirements please do not hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order.


Do you deliver to my area?

Shipping is available for all of the UK territory including  Northern Ireland , Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles.


Do you deliver internationally?

Yes we do. You will have to pay in addition for this . Delivery Charges for all other European countries is £10 regardless of the number of products you buy.Worldwide delivery charges are £20. For both worldwide and European delivery you can expect your products within 5 days of placing your order.

Buy 2 or more cases of wines or other items and you will obtain a discount .You will find the discounted price for multiple items under the main price in every product page.

  • You will see a drop-down box asking you whether you want to send your wine as a gift. Choose "Yes".
  • During the shopping process, you will be asked where you want to send it (you can send it to any address you have added previously, or you can add a new address and recipient) and you will be asked what message you want included in the box.

Can I send a personalised message?

  • Yes you can. You will be asked at the checkout process to add a message.
    This will then be printed onto the delivery label, on the box.



What If I don’t like a bottle/jar/product?

It’s important to us that you re happy and that you have a great customer experience. If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then we will be happy to refund you. You will be asked to return the item unopened in the original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Upon receipt of the products back from you , we will credit your account.
