If there is no defect with your product you will have to return your product at your own cost . If the product is defective then you should notify us immediately an we will arrange a replacement for you
You must notify us in advance all products which are due to be returned for any of the reasons stated in this clause within 14 days from delivery of the product.
All refunds and reimbursements will be processed within 28 days of you notifying us . All products returned must be returned unopened , in the original packaging and in resell-able condition . It must also be returned through our authorised courier
Any wines/jars collected by our carrier must be in their original box to avoid further breakages, where possible.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions reduces your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Further information about your rights is available from your Local Authority Trading Standards Department or Citizen's Advice Bureau.
